Owner and Founder
Kevin McNair
A second generation office technology specialist, Kevin has over 30 years of continuous office equipment industry experience. He graduated with a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and has completed numerous classes for sales and office equipment servicing. Kevin founded KRM Office Equipment in 2010.
Today, Kevin is a family man with two kids, a son and a daughter. He likes to spend his free time hiking and skiing with his children. Kevin is also an active member in his community. He spends a lot of time with a local BNI chapter, Destination Success, where he regularly maintains a presence on the Leadership Team. Kevin is a long time Westfield Youth Lacrosse volunteer coach and mentor. He actively supports Westfield Youth Football and many other athletic organizations.
IT Manager
Robert Pinard
Robert graduated in 2020 from Porter and Chester Institute with a degree in Career Computer and Network Technology. He is trained in computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, Windows installations and configurations. Robert also sets up and maintains servers.
Robert has a multitude of completed technical certificates from Konica Minolta on the latest Bizhub multifunctional printers. He handles all aspects of networking, printing and scanning on the Bizhub printers as well as mechanical repairs.
A resident of Florence, MA, Robert is very customer centric and is relentless in the pursuit of solving problems!
